Refund policy
We offer an exchange or full refund on all orders returned back to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion. All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

How do I return?
- Please use our self-service returns portal here: https://account.marsknitwear.com
- Include your name and order number (scribbled on a page with the parcel if fine), with your preference for exchange or a refund. If you wish to exchange your items, remember to specify for which product, colour & size.
- Free returns are offered if the incorrect item was sent or you have found the item to have a fault.

We also recommend that you use an insured courier service with signature on delivery. Mars Knitwear cannot take responsibility for any products lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Items must be returned in the same condition that it was received, with the original tags, labels, and packaging.
As a small company we regret we cannot offer free return postage for your exchange.
What items are returnable?
They must be in original condition.
For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
In the original packaging.
Regarding Face Masks: Due to health & safety reasons if the seal on the packaging of the mask has been broken, we will be unable to accept a return.
Are there any charges for return?
For postal returns Mars Knitwear are not liable for any costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Mars Knitwear will cover the cost of dispatching exchanged items.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
